Official Rules
  • Purchases will not increase chances of winning (no purchase necessary). Giveaway starts November 1st, 2008. Winner will be selected November 20th, 2008 and will be notified via phone and/or email by December 1st, 2008. Winner must be 16 or older or must bring legal gaurdian who is 18 or older.   • Prize information
    One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random. The Grand Prize winner will receive (i) economy round trip air transportation for a winner and one guest from a major airport close to winners home (located within the continental U.S.) to New York City, (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (1 room/double occupancy), (iii) two (2) tickets to The Virgins concert; provided however, that if the winner or guest is under 18, the tickets will not be provided (concert is limited to those 18 and older) but winner and guest will get to meet The Virgins, (iv) a $500 gift card to be used at any participating Active Ride Shop or at www.activerideshops.com and (v) a $500 gift card to be used at any participating Quiksilver or Roxy retail store or at www.roxy.com. The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for his/her own, and guests, ground transportation and any other expenses and meals. If the Grand Prize Winner is under 18 years old, then all responsibilities of the Grand Prize winner will be assumed by his/her parent/legal guardian and such parent/legal guardian must accompany winner as winners Guest. Travel to New York City must take place on December 11, 2008 and the return must be December 13, 2008. The winner and guest will each be required to sign a publicity and liability release, and any other documents reasonably requested by the Sweepstakes Sponsor, prior to receiving the prize. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $2,500.

    Odds depend upon number of eligible entries received.
  • Release of Liability
    Active Mailorder / Active Wallace Group is not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.
  • Eligibility
    Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 13 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States and Canada. Entries are limited to one per household/family.
  • Notification of winner info
    Winner will be selected by random drawing via the customer entry database. Winner will be notified by the above said date via phone and or email. Winner must claim prize by above said date or another winner will be selected. Product giveaway prizes will be sent directly to the winner free of charge. Active Ride Shop and Active Wallace Group are not responsible for damage to the prize once it has been sent to the prize winner.
