The largest snowboarding company in the world. Founded in 1977 by Jake Burton, the brand was off to a quick start, inspired by surfing yet transitioning to the winter season. The first board Burton made was the BB1. In 1994 Burton introduced the twin tip snowboard and since then snowboarding hasn't been the same.
Today, Burton is on the front line of the the industry and continues to push technology to help manufacture some of the best snowboards and gear on the market. The boards fall into different categories for different riding styles and levels.
